Every one of us has more or less the habits of taking tea, maybe milk tea or color tea. In this case, color tea is Ok, but milk tea is not safe at all. Milk tea has some disadvantages. Milk tea helps to increase the sugar levels in the blood vessel which causes diabetes. Milk tea also damages the tissue of the skin very slowly and causes heart diseases very often. So, in this circumstance, we should make a habit of taking green tea twice a day. Green tea is no doubt very useful to our health and has a great taste and smell.

                                                   Green tea has a sweet smell and different tastes. It is very attractive to somebody but for its different taste don’t like to take this tea. Green tea has many health benefits and it is proven by different experiments, like –

·         It has rich anti-oxidant that keeps skin younger.

Making Process:

                             Insert a tea bag in one cup of boiled water and stir with a spoon for 1-2 minutes.

                             Take the sugar and honey you needed. As long the tea bag will remain in the hot  

                             water the benefits will increase gradually.
